With all these changes, I've wanted to make some changes of my own. I miss blogging. I want to blog again and print our books every year. I want to get off of Facebook. I think I will start with Facebook Fridays and see how that goes. I have some friends that do not blog and are only on Facebook.

Rearranging Life
We are on to a new stage of our family life. We will officially start home education this month. It sounds a little silly, since we've been home educating for 5 years now. This year I have to send a letter to the school board, so I guess now it's official. We are all really excited...Henry most of all.

Hi Gena! Good to hear from you again on your blog...it came up in my Reader. I also miss blogging, I haven't done it in forever, but I still can't seem to figure out how to make time for it. Last fall I made a book from our blog of the year 2008 and honestly it took so much time that I was left disenchanted with the whole idea of keeping-a-blog-to-print-a-book. I think I just need to try a different company next time. That sounds exciting to homeschool. I remember two years or so ago being with you at the rec center and asking if you'd consider homeschooling and you hadn't really....but I always thought you'd probably do it! I'm sure it will go great for you. I'd love to do it but for many personal reasons, I just can't right now. Fortunately we've had a wonderful experience with John Wayland and my kids have had the best teachers (and now some of my best friends) and I've been able to volunteer a lot in their classrooms. Anyway, we'll see what the future holds...I might especially need to do different things with Nathan. I miss seeing you but am glad to hear on FB now and then about how you're doing.
This post speaks to me. Facebook Fridays. I like that idea... As in, just once a week ON, or once a week OFF? ;)
