Beauty and Beauty Sleep

The Smokey Mountain National Park was so green and beautiful. It looked a lot like home. I was so grateful to come home to something just as beautiful and even more peaceful {that area is very touristy}. I grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, and I definitely took it for granted. I remember wanting to leave in the valley so I could spend more time with my friends. Instead, I should have realized that my sister was my best friend. I should have realized that most girls don't get off the bus, hop on the horses, and ride for hours through the mountains. I should have realized that one day I would hope that my children would have those same childhood experiences.

Henry wasn't use to quite so much action. He doesn't fall asleep in our arms very often now, so we enjoyed it!

Henry spent most of this dinner zonked in his Dada's lap. Amazing!

Gena, I was talking to my sister Jenny today and she was telling me about how you use cloth diapers and that you like it. I'm thinking about using them for my baby due in August. I was wondering if you could call me and tell me more about it. 801-722-4952. Also, check out our blog! http://www.kristenanddanellis.blogspot.com/ Hope to hear from you soon! ~Kristen (McIntyre) Ellis
